Vendor Application Form

Vendor space is a 6 foot table with 2 chairs. Cost is $45.00 per vendor space. Only one vendor per space, there will be no sharing space. Upon approval of your application, payment methods will be directed to you by email and your vendor space will only be confirmed with your payment. There will be no holding spaces as they are limited.

Upon approval of your application I will require a photo of yourself and also if you are selling products a photo of those. Payment must be made by November 1, 2022 unless other arrangements are made with me; after this date the space will go to the next person on my list.

Cancellation Terms: Refunds are only available until November 6, 2022. Should you need to cancel, contact me and I will assign your table to my next available person on my contact list. Should I need to cancel for any reason the event will be rescheduled or your fee will be returned.

All direct seller spaces are filled.
